I was flip flopping my way thru the internets (I forget why) when I cross upon this image : Upon some research, I got on this thread : http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?p=17573241 Mentioning that joke was removed in the final build of the game, and that dialog is found in the review copies of the game but Sony saw it and request the dialog be changed. So I guess the question becomes.... I wonder if anyone still has a copy of this review version of the game......
That is pretty funny ahaha. Thanks for sharing. The removal of this content it kind of reminds me of the Pokemon reference(s) in those builds of Conkers Bad Fur Day that got posted a few years ago by Borman. .. As well as the little over the top nazi doktors scene.
I bet Victor Ireland has one, since he was the Working Designs showrunner. I'd like to read the first draft of Albert Odyssey's script. In that thread Victor describes it as being a lot crazier than the final game, which is already pretty fast and loose with the jokes. Also, he mentions another translation anecdote here: Don't localize games when you're mad, I guess.
