hi members , i am looking for The Running Man (Special Edition) 2 Disc DVD and while Amazon US and UK don't have it third party sellers have it. There are sellers which say 'Fulfillment By Amazon' i always avoid and don't want bootlegs or counterfeits. Apparently going by the Amazon site they store the third parties stock and ship when needed. Can these third parties which Amazon is storing their stock be trusted ?. I'll have to look back through my order history to make sure it was indeed "Fulfilled by Amazon" purchase, but I do believe I received a bootleg Blu-ray from a "Fulfilled by Amazon" purchase.
I'm not immediately seeing if it was "Fulfilled by Amazon" or not on the summary; I'll dig back through email invoices if I still have them. Either way, a bootleg Blu-ray will be on a BD-R, so the black underside is an obvious giveaway. The absence of a digital copy with an item that should have one can be another clue.

Yes, it's certainly possible. But orders like this as subject to amazon's easy return policy. So its generally not in the sellers interest to supply crap.
