But, being a huge huge huge huge fan of the game finding out that there are now concrete details on this makes me very excited. Looks interesting, did enjoy the game when it first came out, might drag it out and play again now Also think SMG will work quite well in the role of Alice (but i did used to be a huge buffy fan a few years back) As long as Ule Bowel (Spelling?) doesn't take over directing, it has potential to be a decent movie Fingers crossed!
I don't want to disappoint anyone, but other than a new release date being entered of July 2008 on imdb (which pretty much anyone even tangentially associated with the film or production company can do), nothing has changed about this project. It has been in pre-production for almost seven years now and with the WGA strike on-going, it is unlikely it will go into production for some time, if ever ,simply because they would have no abillity to do rewrites on the set. I really would love to see this movie move forward, but I'm skeptical about it's progress.
