US doesn't maid lead-tainted Chinese toys either... of which they import almost all. Go try to buy a toy not "Made in China" in the US. It is a fucking task. Now tell me we don't rely on imports. America doesn't even supply their own tech support for the love of God.

 

I'm a foreigner, but at least I speak English :lol: Not all Tech Support has gone to India, and in fact, the tide is turning in favour of native English support.

BTW, I phoned Nintendo about a month ago...and got an American! Thank God they still care about customer support...unlike Windows XP activation hotline OH:

The tech support journals I am subscribed to (yes, even tech support has journals and periodicals) surveyed a large number of companies concerning outsourcing their IT support and the majority turned out to regret the decision because it cost them a lot more to migrate than they anticipated and consumer feedback was almost always negative. So, if asked to complete a survey regarding your service - make sure you complain! Someone somewhere does listen, if you believe it.
