OK, quit being pervs... I mean this: http://www.nakedjuice.com/ Seems they haven't been entirely honest in their advertising and packaging. It's not as much of a health drink as they claim, and some say it contains GMOs. So much, there's a Class Action against them. http://nakedjuiceclass.com/ So, if you're American and you drank Naked since September 2007, why not sign up? You'd get $75 if you still have a receipt... but you'd get $45 even if you don't have a receipt. I actually tried, but there's no country drop-down. So I scanned the homepage - no mention of having to live in the US. So I looked at the Class Notice, which says the following: So, " all persons or entities in the United States who bought one or more of the Eligible Products (listed below under Question 7) from September 27, 2007 through August 19, 2013" are included, but "anyone who purchased the Eligible Products via the Internet or other remote means while not residing in the United States" is excluded. Well, that's great. I was in the US in October/November 2007. I purchased Naked products over the counter. I drank them. So I e-mailed the Administrator. They told me that it's for US residents only. I asked them to show me where it says that. They pointed to: I argued that it does not say all persons residing in the United States. I was in the United States between those dates. They refuse to budge, or even clarify on their website. I hate lawyers. So hey, guys - I'm bringing attention to this. And I'm sure that ALL of you residing in the United States of America did in fact drink Naked products in the last six years and will be claiming your $45 without receipt. Right?
