Hmm probably...

Never been to makuhari before from my current address west of Shinjuku so have no idea how long it is going to take. There seems to be nothing but f-ing local trains on the Keio line. But yeah i wanna get there early, get a go on DS before it gets too hectic.

 

I'll be leaving Shinjuku station around 9AM if you want some company on the train. It's a fucking brutal trip out there. I think you might need your passport.

EDIT: But won't be staying too long. Probably 2 hours total.
