Woman used sperm recovered from oral sex to impregnate may be sued for emotional distress. (sigh) The woman basically decieved this doctor to concieve, and then used paternity to force him to pay child support. And then when he sued her for distress, she tired to say that her actions weren't all that bad? (slamming head against wall) And the court dismissed the fraud charges? (slamming head harder) If there was justice, then they would have terminated the child support payments and forced the woman to pay back the child support she recieved. But, of course, the child is an innocent here, so we can't eliminate the child support. Excuse me, but I'm going to lay down. Seems I have a headache.

In any rational thinking society that woman would have been laughed out of court, and either the man or child protection services would get custody of the child.
