Henners I think you're being a bit to harsh and vindictive here. You've made your point several times and we all know that you don't like him.

That wasn't much of an apology. I'll admit that much, but at least he made some sort of concerted effort to make ammends.

I'm far from the voice of authority here, but I say we just see what happens and perhaps a friendly reminder of his oft immaturity can be offered if he steps out of line again.

 

Keep in mind I have an anxiety disorder sometimes I'll say strange and weird things and not even realize it. It's part of how it manifests it self Part of the Copeing Mechanism if you will.

I reread my post, and I don't think I'm being harsh. He asked if we mean physical or mental age and said he's a 16 year old in a 26 year olds body. All I was saying was it doesn't matter if he's actually 26, since this is a discussion board how you present yourself is what matters

 

It's the internet. Some people are really strange and can often make disturbing statements (such as the "16 year old in a 26 year old body").

I ignore said people and every day I thank whatever higher power there may be that I don't know many of them in my personal life.

 

As far as I'm aware there are 2 threads which started all this (one about an AOL chat arguement and one about editing wiki). The one about the AOL chat was a little immature but I personally didn't read much into it as I didn't like the source material. The other about the wiki caused a lot of hate towards GoH but he later cleared up the point that he was correcting some mis-conceptions in the articles. All in all, a little immature but certainly not the worlds worst.

If you ask me he's made an apology and is well worth a second chance. How many of you can say you've not posted something you later look back on and think "oh god I never said that did I!?". You live and learn :nod:.

 

Pretty much the two I had in mind, and there are a few I did in a depressive haze that might have had a few people be all like wah?

As for me being a 16 year old in a 26 year old body. I was just saying I'm basically a big kid.

 

I came off harsher than I meant to. What I was trying to say is, "if you don't like someone, ignore them."

Some people just have to go out of their way to pounce on someone for offending them or acting out of the norm. I don't see what's so hard about glossing over the post and carrying on with your day.

 

I think we should accept this effort, but GoH - you should listen to your own words and improve. No one here is perfect and he who is without sin etc etc.

Don't make this just words is basically what I am saying. It takes something to admit you were wrong and to eat humble pie, but don't make excuses. Good one.

GoH: you are not the worst member I have seen doing stupid stuff. I have seen people doing worse stuff than you, and one of them is me. And heck I am still learning, and I got a clue whacked at me the other day in a PM from one of a my friends on this forum. And he said to me, that I should turn down my profanities. So GoH we are all humans, and you could be a great member . Since I seem to feel that about you. So your apology is accepted.

 

GoH, we should play Rock Band or something. I hate having people on my list I never play with.

It gets creepier if your body ages yet your mental age doesn't.

I mean, look at Michael Jackson! (But theres about 10,000 more things wrong with him)
