ANOTHER RARE DS

We knew about the Pepsi DS



Now we have a 7UP version!!!




Wonder when we shall see some lite`s like these!

Yep, a greenish DS would have been awesome.

 

Hold on... why does it say "iQue" on the box? Looks like it's Chinese?

iQue is a company partnered with nintendo to distribute their stuff in china.

There are 2 LE lites on their way. First is the Final Fantasy LE which is a white ds lite with FF characters & a number etched into the lid. The second is simular but with a pokemon character (not sure if its pikachu or pichu).

 

I guessed that must have been how it worked. Kind of odd, I thought the N64-in-a-pad thing itself was called an iQue. I'd still like to pick up one of those...

Yeah, the Pokemon DSL has three Pikachu faces on the lid. Apparently there's also going to be a bundle release of Megaman Battle Network 5 Double Team DS in Europe with a PET style DSL. Weird. I wouldn't expect that.

I'd love to get a Pepsi DS. Old style DS's still look great don't they? My question is whatever happened to that green and black one.

I can. Sprite has more flavor to it where as 7up is "rounded" so to speak. Probably because it is a very old flavor and hasn't changed much.

I've got one of the SMB bottlecap things... its a little koopa. Pretty cool, my lil sis got it for me as a gift when she was visiting Japan. Now if only she had brought me back a Pepsi DS... :lol:

 

Outside japan? never: here pepsi (as well as coke) sell under the premise of being a hip, trendy drink.

VGs on the other hand are not hip&trendy, but dorky for most people in the west...

 

Which is why Pepsi gave away a 360 every 10 minutes.
