So lately I've been really getting into comics. I've decided to take the plunge into Marvel's Ultimate Universe. I'm thinking I'll start out with Spidey, but I'm not too sure if I should start with the original Ultimate Spider-man, or the Ultimate Comics reboot. Is the reboot a complete reboot, or a continuation? What say you guys?

Oh and either way I would be picking up the hard covers.

The Ultimate Comics is not a reboot, it's a continuation, same writer, diferent art team. Spidey is the best in the ultimate comic universe. Ignore anything by Jeff Loeb.

Ultimate Spidey and Ultimate X Men are the best.

Also Ultimate Iron Man mini is pretty good.

Fishinsoup, jimmyv asked specifically about Ultimate spdier-man, wich is why I answered that. Brian Michael Bendis remains the only writer on that series.

And yeah, I liked the minis that Warren Ellis wrote, like the recent Iron Man. Only he could make it that Stark has access to 4chan heh.
