Any good mATX Motherboards exist?

Alright, here's the deal, I'm soon about to order some stuff to build a computer, but it's going to be a SFF cube computer because of the fact my room is small, and I hate big ass computers......anyway, I've got a case and everything, I JUST CAN'T FIND ANY MATX BOARDS DAMMIT.

So anyhow, does anyone in here know of a good Athlon 64 MATX board??

 

Socket 939 or 754?

939 preferably, but 754 is fine too....there both Athlon 64 anyhow.
Is the ATI Xpress better then Nforce 4? I've gotten behind in chipsets, but someone did tell me an Nforce 4 Ultra or something is the best. I dunno if I'd use SLI or not....Another board I was looking at was made by Foxconn, are they reputable?

 

Nforce4 all the way. Don't get Ultra SLI if you're not going to have an SLI set up.

 

If you have an SLI board, but not 2 Vid cards, you can still use it normally in non SLI mode right, so I could use SLI mode when I get 2 Vid cards?
