Any help checking if my 1ST_READ.BIN file is scrambled?

I want to use DCPlaya since I wanna watch movies on the DC, but the version I used did not detect the movies.
I am trying to make a CD of v2, but I have no clue if the 1ST_BOOT file is scrambled or not.

 

You're looking for fackue's 1st_read.bin checker. I'm on a phone so I can't really check, but you should be able to find it online quite easily.
