Any homebrew ports of Dreamcast games to Gamecube?

I'm not up on where you might find info on something like this. I had downloaded various emulators for Gamecube on 128.me back when it was known as "The Purple Cube," and I guess before they lost the majority of their library with the Megaupload shutdown. I even saw that someone had ported Super Mario 64 to Gamecube, and played it myself via softmodding, which I thought was pretty cool.

I'd like to try something like this myself, but as of right now, I'm pretty clueless on where to start. My only question in this post, is if anyone has ever successfully made a dreamcast game playable on Gamecube... Obviously, besides official releases.

Of course it would be ignorant to assume this is, in any way, a simple task... but hey, I'm just wondering.
