Any idea where I can buy jewel cases for cheap? :)

    Also, does anybody have any idea how I can get an exact duplicate of a game cover I have so that it looks exactly the same, back, side and front when printed? I have tried scanning my cover and printing it and it looked really bad, even on photo paper. Please help :(
