Any more info on the Xbox game The Unseen?

From what I understand it was suposed to be published in 2002 by microsoft on the original xbox but they dropped it. There is a trailer and screenshots floating around.

The reason I found out about this game is at my local used game store I picked up a copy of Wacked which included a small game catalog which featured The Unseen in it which was a game I had never heard of. Here is some more info on the game:

I have been wanting to see any type of playable build from this game but I doubt we will ever see it.

 

I'm sure there's at least one dev kit out there somewhere with a build on it.

Yeah I sure there is a build somewhere out there especially the way they pushed the game it must have been almost complete
