I got my M500 a few days back and have been playing arround with it. What are must have games and apps for a palm, i already have some nice stuff from GSL but was wondering if anybody else has some tips. Oh and does anybody know if it is possible to get the liberty gameboy emultor running smoothly on a 33 mhz palm ? i tried overclocking to 46 mhz but even the first gen gameboy games run like crap :angry Or are there other system emulators athat run well on a palm ?

Palm OS4? that's a luxury, my Handspring has 3.1H3 But then again my Axim has Pocket Windows 2003 and a 400Mhz processor and 64MB RAM... Sadly only PD games seem to run half decent on the GB emulator. As long as you have Bejewelled, hardball and hold'em poker, you are set!
if there is any way of upgrading the OS to 5 then try to do it ! i have tried to find palm os 5 on some of the bittorent sites i know but could not find it but i just saw palm os 4 on kazaa through the kazaa lite client so i think it is possible some on the net has palm os 5 and you can get it.
You're not going to be able to upgrade to OS 5 if you have an OS 4 machine. OS 4.2 and below are made to run on the Motorola Dragonball processor, while OS 5 and it's versions are made for the ARM processor found in new Palm handhelds. The highest you can get a M500 upgraded to is 4.2, but as far as I know there was no official upgrade for 4.2 released - it was just preinstalled on some of the last released Dragonball units.
