You can try and translate it at babelfish.altavista.com they have a russian to english translation (dont know if its any good but its better then nothing for now
In case anyone pointed you in my direction, i`m not Russian and definitely cannot speak Russian, sorry :-(
http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Ftvgamer.ru%2Fshow_good.php%3Fidtov%3D1693%26grid%3D9&langpair=ru%7Cen&hl=es&ie=UTF-8 http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.offo.ru%2Fcatalog%2Fsega-megadrive-portable_game.html&langpair=ru%7Cen&hl=es&ie=UTF-8 This is the best Google can do, it's not a really good translation, but you will understand most of it.
I can help  Basically its a portable megadrive in shape of gba sp. It was released here a few months ago and afaik its sold only in Russia. Main unit costs about 60$, games - 6$ each (games list is in your 2nd link). You wont find any games with saves on it, also most games are in russian. Build quality is actually good, nice backlighted screen, even tv-out  You can find some pics here, its a small review made by my friend - http://gbx.ru/index.php?showtopic=19864
6$ for russian standards is quite expensive - at least in Ukraine where my mate studies. a brand new PC game costs something like 10USD there (of course everything is printed internally, so not sure if they are legit copies)
Dont forget that $ is now low, compared to ruble. So 6$ is affordable, compared to even pirated nds/gba games cost. New pc games are 10-15$, yeah - and legit too.
hmmm I don´t know , but that is a sweet little handheld. I wish there was some kind of adaptor that would help people using the normal MD games. Since then you could probably have a real (non hacked) MD portable Anyway, it is still a sweet piece of machinery
