    I don't know. A couple of sites may list it. There's the occasional one on eBay but at massively inflated prices given it was a free giveaway.

    Re: price - Basic supply-and-demand ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If you can still find a place that's giving those discs away, you're free to go there and grab one instead of buying.
