Anyone here good with info? (On a recent Satellaview ROM dump)

Heyo! I hope this place on the forum is proper for this.
Let me start by linking this Satellablog article;

Now, I'm kinda wanting to ask for help with this somehow, but you may be asking "Well, the ROM's already here, what else is needed?"
Basically, I want to see if there's anyone here to who might have more "intel" than I can find.

As I've posted in the article, there appears to be no documentation of this specific game variant being in existence prior to the discovery of it; I've tried searching Google in Japanese and dug through my main go-to sites for Satellaview docs to no avail. With what little info I got the article currently only has some speculation on when it was released, what promotional events may have been happening surrounding it, and if there's any others like it.
Sometimes, as with the case of some games from a few years back like "Konae-Chan no DokiDoki Pengin Kazoku", information may come around in the months after the ROM's discovery. I'll admit that knowing that I'm perhaps being impatient here asking for this info. Regardless...

If there's anyone who:
1) Might have somehow been a witness to the timeframe of this release
2) Has a Japanese gaming publication which may discuss this release
Then I'd like to request them to tell me a bit more about it so that it isn't just "Another bizarre thing that no one knew existed before."
Now, of course, I'd like to do that with some other things as well, but I just pointed this one out because it's the most recent and is pretty much absolutely un-Google-able.

(Anyone who might have some other previously-unknown Satellaview info can feel free to chime in besides.)

PS: I upped a vid of it to NicoNicoDouga hoping for someone there to be familiar with it, and got some comment about the front of a mom-and-pop shop. Huh?

Might anyone here know more about this? The first scan appears to show something that appears to be a Satellaview hardware+BS-X prototype, but there were a good amount of questions about it on Unseen64 since it appears this magazine is the only known source for that image. There were some that thought maybe they rendered the image themselves, but I figured if that was the case they'd make a render that'd resemble the mock-up art on the following page more accurately...
