Anyone know a good place to buy an Arcade Machine in Tokyo?

I'm looking for a nice HiDef cab (preferably sit down). I'm also in the market for a Sega RingEdge / Shining Force Cross game.

Hoping to keep the costs under 3K so the wife doesn't beat me to death.

Some shops sell hardware, but something tells me those don't pop up too often.

 

You can't get a Shining Force machine without being a business and signing a contract with Sega.

Tops has machines and can source them for you but it's better to get a Micomsoft XAC-1 and Framemeister so you can get a better monitor than what most cabs have.
