Anyone know any way to get a Twin Stick controller working on Playstation 2 without modding it?

I have a Sega Saturn Twin Stick controller from Japan that I bought for the Sega Saturn game and eventually through the use of the Total Control 3 adapter am able to use it with the Dreamcast Virtual On game as well.
Sega released an Arcade perfect port of Virtual On for the Playstation 2 as part of their Ages 2500 series in Japan. Unfortunately they never released any kind of proper twin stick controller in order to play this superior version of the game with the proper controls.
I have searched far and wide for an answer to this question but have only found speculation and no definite answer. I know people have hacked apart their sticks and put a ps2 controller board in it but I honestly do not want to ruin them in that way. All I am looking for is an adapter method to hook up the Saturn Twin Sticks to the ps2 and have them work in the Ages 2500 version of the game as they should. So if there is an adapter somewhere that can properly map controls to the analog sticks (since that's how the game emulates twin sticks) properly then that would due.
Alternatively, although I doubt it would have any chance of working, my other idea would be the Playstation Analog Joystick (SCPH-1110), which basically looks like a twin stick but was made for the original Playstation, but I doubt it would have that compatibility.
So does anyone know if there is a way to get a proper set of Twin Sticks working with the Sega Ages 2500 version of Virtual on without building a custom controller or tearing apart a perfectly good pair of twin sticks?

I own 2 of the PS1 Flightsticks and confirmed only two PS2 games support true analog mode. I too wanted the Sega Ages Virtua On to work and did not want to modify the rare sticks. I also own a PS1 Blaze Twinshock and performed an easy toggle switch mod. Basically switching the 2nd player stick over to the primary face buttons of player one. This opened up many twinstick games including Sega Ages Virtual On, Smash TV, Black Widow and Robotron

I'm surprised you got the Saturn Twin Stick to work on the Dreamcast with the Total Control 3 adapter. Mine would glitch all the time, making the game unplayable.

Yeah, I had no problems with my twin sticks on Dreamcast as long as the Total Control 3 Adapter was in Twin Sticks mode. The dreamcast game plays great with those amazing Saturn twin sticks.
