I got this from a friend a while back and it doesn't seem like some Chinese ripoff cause it came in a official Japanese like box and he said one of the companies in Japan gave it to him. Sorry for the crappy picture...it says Shonen Sunday and Rumino Takashi Presents Inuyasha. I thought it was a Frisbee, but it's made out of metal, probably aluminum. I put it in the frame since I didn't want it to get squished. Any ideas?
