Anyone know if this cable is XRGB/upscan friendly?

Maybe wrong forum, if so, sorry.

Digging through all of my crap to try and get my Japanese Saturn hooked up to an XRGB-mini. I don't want to assault the unit with a euro SCART, and I used to have a J-RGB type cable that someone made for me. What I want to know is, does this cable look like it is good to use on a saturn via an upscan converter?
