Anyone know some PHP & could help me?

I need help getting started with a forum I'm currently trying to create with PHPBB.

Does anyone have any suggestions on programs I should use?

I kind of need help with that, too. The tutorial first part says something about already having a site or something to make forums. Maybe when I get more time to screw around I can do it. Like tomorrow for instance.

 

PHPBB is a piece of piss. You just need to make sure your server supports what you need. You need a database (and of course, access to create tables on it) and they also need PHP enabled. Then you just run a script, and it does the rest. It is so easy, my one-armed monkey could do it!
