Anyone remember this game about firing missiles around the world?

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone recall this game where you got a 3D perspective on the world (or some planet) and you were able to lob missiles around at different locations / nations? Something similar to DEFCON, but in 3D.

I remember seeing it, but I can't for the life of me remember the name of the game.

Any ideas?

 

Was it Psygnosis's Global Domination?

 

I think you got it right! Though I can't find much video of it on Youtube. I just remember it being rated as a kind of mediocre PC game.
