But they are always a bit more costlier than i'd like. I stumbled upon this today and my gut is telling me this must be bootleg or something. Because i've never seen this packaging for it in the US. Or any country, has anyone seen this packaging before?
I think I have a VERY vague memory seeing something like that back when I used to work in a record store in 2009. Old box, they had the box with the window on it with the actual product exposed. Then again, you're probably better off getting one in the newer pack.
Dunno. This isn't like with the GCN cable where it actually has electronics inside the connector. It should be pretty much the same AFIK If I end up getting it i'll post whether I have any issues with it I suppose.
