Anyone uses Bidpay?

I was going to bid on something on eBay and the seller only accepts bidpay.. as I've never used bidpay I watned to know if anyone it's safe to use..
Does it work just like paypal?

IIRC, the buyer pays for the transfer ($5 USD it used to be).

yea bidpay was dead a few years after western union had bought them but some other company bought it and i guess they relaunched it

 

I have used it once. Zero problems, but it was years ago now.

 

ah, thanks for the answears did register me there thought it turned out being to much problems with the shipping so I didn't buy it.

Nah, its my account. I've only been accepting check, money order, and bidpay lately.
