My friend showed me the show and i'm just too fucking hooked, it's just so amazing! i was actually going to make a longer post about it, but fuck that, going to watch another episode. :lol: No spoilers please.
Just finished watching Monster and damn that one was great! Maybe I should check this one next then, was actually thinking of watching Elfen Lied but I might hold it if Death Note is as great as just say. edit: oh, just noticed it's 108 episodes.. maybe I should take Elfen Lied first then.. as I know Death Note will f- up my sleep as I tend to watch the episodes from I wake up until I fall asleep ^_^;;
I think fan subbing ceased with 2 episodes left because Viz decided to be pricks and send out CnD letters.
really? wtf? And death note is 38 episode, the last one just arrived last week. im at 24 right now. There's a slow, not so interesting part somewhere (won't tell you exactly where) but when it passes, you'll understand it was worth it actually. ;-) Monster's wich episode btw? can't remember. Elfen lied's also pretty good, but it cannot compare to DN.
I remember reading the first issue Monster, that was great...I got the second one as a gift, but I have not read it yet (Got it a year ago from a friend I do not talk to anymore...sort of hurts to read it, to tell the truth).
The show finished last week at 37 episodes. It's a nice show, especially the first 20 episodes. After that, it has a dip in which everything seems to lose a bit of interest, mainly because the plot becomes too thick and the tricks being pulled by both sides become way too common. But the final episodes, although somewhat rushed, got me on the edge of my seat. Overall a nice show.
