Anyone work in (or have a mate in) Gamestation/GAME in the UK?

If anyone does happen to work at either of theses places I`m after some of the XBOX 360 accessory packaging that gets put out on the shelves. It seems to come already sealed which is the biggest waste of packaging ever (an empty sealed plastic container).

Doubt i`ll get hear anything back.

It reallly depends whether the packaging they have out actually correspond with the units of stock they have. But they are sealed empties so to speak so i doubt it.

 

Be careful dude, I used to work at Gamestation, and the manager actually got sacked due to selling 'dummy' packaging on eBay.

They considered it 'piracy' because it can be used to repackage stuff and sell it for new.

 

My m8 has now left....but another manager got the sack for giving his mates to much discount!!

Why do you want to buy a HD from one store.....get a dummy empty box and then take the empty one back to the first store ;-)

 

I`m not planning to re-pakcage any items and sell them, i just want to keep my prototype controller and Launch team controller mint . If I could get the HDD dummy boxes I would be able to keep the proto HDD and Launch HDD mint too.

 

Any leads gents?

 

The only dummy boxes we get are empty Xbox game cases with special inserts. They are white with the 360 logo, circles in the background, and have a picture of the item (e.g. HDD).

 

Ah yeah i`ve seen those in a few shops. managed to find a manager of a gamestation who`ll give me one or two. which is nice.
