Anywhere that will mod handhelds in UK?

looking to mod my neo geo pocket and wonderswan (front light) but i live in the UK and seem to only be able to find companies in America!
any help would be appreciated.

Ive seen some of their work,what I saw I certainly wouldn't call quality. They are also really expensive.
