Aoyue 2900 wand on an Aoyue 937+

Is this possible? Let me explain what I'm trying to do.

I want to use this tip:


Which uses a tunnel type soldering/iron which the 937+ does NOT have.

Can I simply buy the wand for a Aoyue 2900 and and plug it into my 937+?


Both the 937 and 2900 wand appear to have the same bulkhead connector. But was looking for any more information before I waste/ruin money.

Look for the pinout, I have a cheap re-branded rework station and I believe they are all the same

 

To clear this up. The 2900 wand does not work on the 937.
