Well to cheer my self up after the crud Ive had with my app, I got myself a Magic Trackpad to replace my naff wireless mouse. Granted the thing cost £57 but wow defo worth it. Coming from using iPhones and iPads the gestures aren't a new thing to me and was able to hit the ground running but i didn't expect just how much I would use it in only a matter of an hour or so. Cant ever see me going back to using a mouse in a hurry.
It's awesome. When I bought my macbook last summer, I originally wanted to immediately buy a USB mouse because I couldn't imagine using any type of integrated trackpad on a laptop on a regular basis. I never ended up buying a mouse because the trackpad is so comfortable to use, it just works like a charm! The best thing ever to be integrated into a laptop. And I'm sure it works as an external device, too...
The trackpad is awesome but I love the Magic Mouse more. It did take some serious getting used to though.
within a week i was useded to it on my mbp. if i use a normal laptop i find my self trying todo the shortcuts XD
Yeah, I find it very difficult to use laptops now without a multitouch trackpad. I got a Trackpad for the MacPro when they were released and I haven't used the mouse since.
