You need to know how to get to MAK Japan? Walk down the main street. Turn left about 20 feet before Trader 1 (not Trader 2, and not Trader 3). Walk about 10 more feet, then go up to the 5th floor.

If you need something else, how 'bout scanning and posting?

Follow the directions I posted originally. They still apply.

    Here they are more detailed:
Leave the station. Take a right on Chuo-doori (this is the big main street... if you can't find this... well... ). You'll need to be on the left side. Pass Sofmap, pass Messe Sanno, take a left RIGHT AFTER the brand new Liberty (green and white logo in katakana -- anime DVDs I believe is this shops specialty...maybe games). This is right before Trader 1 and a good block before UFJ bank. After you turn left, the next building, immediately on your left, is the building you want. They've even got a sign down on the ground floor. Walk in and take the elevator to the fifth floor.

For reference, or those that give two shits
-Akiba station is in the bottom left hand corner. The horizontal line is the Yamanote line (light green), and the vertical one is the Sobu line (yellow).
-The kanji on the far right isn't a street name -- it's Ginza-sen Suehirocho Station... you've gone way too far if you atually see this.
-The last vertical street on the right is Musashimaebashi-doori. I believe this is where G-Front is, and as such, should be avoided like the plague. ($$$)
-If you keep going down the small street that MAK is on, there's another PCB shop on your left. Small selection, but worth looking in.

I just don't even know what the hell that is. Sounds like a a food joint, but it's just not ringing any bells.

And an easy one to boot. "Chuo" as you may or may not know, means central. That's gotta be worth a custom title!!!!

    :D

    Set to Shift-JIS

    ’†‰› = Chuo (actually Chuu-ou) = Central
’Ê‚è = Doori = road (get used to this one)

Not too bad I'd say. The next one, is the long one.
    ‹âÂÀ = Ginza
    Âü = sen = line
    ––ÂL’¬ = Suehirocho
    ‰w = eki = station

Not hard to miss Mak, if your walking on the right hand side of the road walking towards Ueno then just look left and you should see the Mak logo on the building... It's above a model train shop and an adult game shop... ;)

if you follow the map where mak is labeled, go up two blocks, you'll hit "TRY" which were maks rivals from way back when,.. but still g-front is top notch, if your looking for great deals, i know some people that have large surplus's of jamma goodies in Osaka.

Yeah -- Try was the one I was thinking about. Very small selection, but decent prices. G-Front is top notch on selection... bottom of the barrell in terms of prices. Just compare their online price list to Mak's.
