I'm interested in putting out a PSP-related bounty, but I wanted to check first and see if they're allowed here. Additionally, I need someone well-known and trustworthy here on the forums to hold on to the cash prize, to ensure it gets to the winner, assuming there is one.
Just wondering, what is it about? I have done a bounty thread on another forum and it was successful. though it is hard to maintain as money is involved.
I want to set a bounty on a SNES emulator for PSP that is not a port, and has been built from the ground up. I once heard notaz (creator of PicoDrive) say that a SNES emulator built exclusively for the PSP would likely be able to be fullspeed at native CPU speeds.
