    A friend of mine tried to register on the forums last night, but he received an e-mail saying he didnt meet the requirements.

    Have I missed something here? What exactly are the requirements you have to live up to to be able to register?

    Could be his email domain. Assembler made a list of domains that were banned due to spam bots.

    I have to maunally approve all users, as we get tons of spam.

    Hopefully his registration will be approved any day now as he is quite looking forward to checking the marketplace etc.

    It was just regular nicknames...and I PM'd you his nickname the second or third time he tried to register.

    In the end I registered an account for him in case there was some "problem" with his IP or the country of his e-mail address.

    I only have a few aboused proxy addresses blocked, odds are he was using a banned emailer, and if he uses a normal respected one can get in.
