Sega Genesis 3 PAL Asian? rather than starting a whole new thread, I'll post it here. beside, the subject is the same.. long story short, I found someone who selling his Sega Genesis 3 PAL Asian Specification console. from his words, its brand new, never played and comes with all the bells and whistles. for just $25, its very easy to get overly excited. the problem is, does Sega Genesis 3 PAL Asian Specification even exist? I do own a Thailand version of Megadrive II but I try searching for this particular console with no success. I hope someone could shed some light. enclosed some pics for further inspection. thanks in advance...
my thought also. the dude is pretty low-tech, he even said that this comes with 500 games built in inside, no need to buy anymore "cassettes". I wonder where he got that idea......... the worst thing that could happen I'll end up with a pretty slick sega genesis clone.
I can tell you right now from the box that it is a pirate clone. Sega never offered a Genesis with "500 games available". It's a clone hands down. The box doesn't even match any design Sega used. Still worth looking into for only $25.
