Article "Akihabara's awful truths"

"Crap" more refers to the packaging and display style. Buckets full of things w/ a small hand-written sign saying what they are, how much, etc.

 

I.e. not changed very much since the days these shops first appeared many decades ago. I like these stalls gives it a more old flavour to the place.

 

If you know what you need, they're great. I'm not so savvy w/ these things.
