Morning Musume are the spawn of Satan. How many of them are there, anyway? like 523? And there's the subdivisions - MiniMoni and stuff. (no idea whether Assembler's avatar is or not Morning Musume related)
A friend of mine that worked in an arcade got a Print Club (a real one ... not a copy) of one of them. She came in, printed them out, and walked out. It was dead. He grabbed the keys, ran over and hit reprint like 10 times. Apparently you can get 2000-3000 yen a pop for them. IE -- for one sticker, not a sheet.
Yum , Yum, give me some..... Yes that is Fujimoto Miki from Morning Musume. She is so lovely. Hehehe I sense most here are not fans of MM. Linky to her website: http://www.helloproject.com/fujimotomiki/ ^_^_^
I'm not sure if I should punch you for knowing that or for YOUR avatar (which is actually quite cool, btw).
Yeah, only in a more annoying manner. Don't get me wrong, I love Jpop, or I used to in the late 90s at least - but Morning Musume generally just makes my neurons hurt. Though Renai Revolution 21 is really funny. For the record, I'm a L'arc en Ciel fan.
L'arc en Ciel are pretty good at times but I prefer Jan De Arc. The problem with those groups though is that they all sound the same after a while. Yakumo
B'Z and Southern All Stars rock as well. And Penicillin is pretty cool if you like Cheesy 80s style stuff made in the 90s. I haven't been able to download new stuff to listen to, for, like semester and a half. I'm trying to find new J-pop, J-Rock and just plain weird J-stuff (I might be going back to the college station in August). I've, so far, downloaded some Tujiko Noriko (I love her older stuff), Do as Infinity (which is blah), Ellegarden (which is quite fresh, in a Pillows/ Asian Kung Fu Generation sort of way), and these Puffy Amiyumi chicks that apparently have a cartoon in the Cartoon Network. Not as horrible as I would have expected - in fact, Engrishy-cool in a Shaka Labbits / Yaida Hitomi kind of way. Has anyone here ever heard of a Japanese Country band called "Yuzu"? I have like three of their songs, but I don't know if they are common or something. And yeah, the Bob Ross avatar is absolutely delightful. I'd love to have that on a T-Shirt
Great! Because they rock! At least my group of friends, we love what little we've heard of them. And of course, 175r and Shaka Labbits. I'll try to download more of their stuff, though. Is there somewhere to find more Japanese music? K-lite or TorrentSpy are not precisely prolific in J-stuff.
That's right Anti'. I use WinMX for all my Japanese stuff from music to videos and I don't mean AV videos either Yakumo
DC++ has a bunch of people sharing Japanese music as well. Just look for some good anime hubs and you should be set. :douga
