Most common formats for: audio is adx, video is sfd, textures are pvr. OST/BGM are mostly standard cdda wav tracks in the HD area of the gdrom (they're called gdda).
That's why if we make game with png the file size increase dramatically! From where I can download these files? Audio and Textures
If you mean the tools to create them, in SDKs and Google is your friend. If you mean from a game, then you need to extract its content, Google is still resourceful on that point. Cheers!
