Atari 2600 Junior av mod problem

I've modded the console, but i have this problem. When I power on the console, the screen is black and white for about 30 seconds, then i get colors. If i power it off and then on again, i have black and white for about half a second the everything is in color.

PAL atari 2600 junior. On the board i see: CAO REV ATARI 1983
I'm using a gamecube power supply.
The only game I have is Air Sea Battle.
The mod:
I removed R17, C33, R56 and Q4(2N3904)
I've reused 2N3904 as in this schematic:

I didn't have 3k3, so I used 2k2 + 1k instead
Also from the pictures is found, my board is missing R50 and R54.

 

2k3 would be a 2k2 + 100 ohms, what you have is 3k2

I switched to a psone power supply and now I only get black and white screen for about 8 seconds. After that everything it's in full color.

Fixed it. All i had to do was to tweak the pot under the on/off button.
