Atari 2600 Sears Telegames 6-Switch AV Mod Help

Hey guys, this is the first time i've attempted to av mod an atari 2600 and im getting fuzzy moving lines across the screen. Decided to try this first on my sears telegames atari before I do it on my heavy sixer and 4-switch. I'm using this diagram for the circuit. Is this problem possibly from having the components connections too long? Sound is working alright. Any help would be really appreciated! =D

Anyone can help? I know it looks kinda ugly,but it's just temporary to make sure I can get it to work before I make it look pretty.

I cleaned it up a little and made the connections shorter, but still have the same problem.
