As King Of Fighters Neowave is a poor excuse for an arcade game, especially on the Atomiswave, I want to replace it with something better, unfortunatly Atomiswave games fall under Cheap or "how much?!?!??" catergories.

Out of the cheap and cheerful games you have

    NeoGeo Battle Coliseum
    Guilty Gear Isuka
    The Rumble Fish
Knights of Valour - The Seven Spirits
King of Fighters Neo (oh hang on a minute)

    Anyone recommend any of them?

Metal Slug 6 is one of the games in the "How much?!!!?!" catergories.

well, this system is really disapointing ..
    i had those games
    Guilty Gear Isuka
    The Rumble Fish
King of Fighters Neo (oh hang on a minute)

rumble fish is a really bad clone of metal slug, guilty gear isuka is ok, but nothing specilal, kof neowave is a bad game aswell, to be honest, i havent seen a decent game on this system (i havent played metal slug 6)

i would pick a naomi1 base with some game better than spend a single cent on atomiswave

Stay away from Metal Slug 6, I think most people who say they like it feel obliged to like it because they paid out the ass for it.

You are thinking of Dolphin Blue, which sells for in excess of Y12,000.

The Rumble Fish is a 1 on 1 beat 'em up that does animate quite well and looks reasonable from the videos I have seen.

4 Player action seems a waste though.

Glad it is not just me, oh well it was a freebie with the system.

Well already have the atomiswave and don't have the budget to buy another Naomi, JVS board and then a game.

Indeed, but I am not going to pay 30,000 yen for one. I could get a naomi kit for that with a decent game.

you are right, i was talking about dolphin blue instead of rumble fish
i never had rumble fish, so i cant talk about this one.
shame about the quality of those atomiswave games, i would even put a neo geo on its place.

It's been a long time since I had an Atomiswave, but there are some good games for the system.

I had the first Rumble Fish game and it's really very good. I didn't have the time to get into it as much as I would have like though. The sequel is apparently better but I never had that.

Knights of Valour is quality. All of the KoV are excellent fun and this is no different. Well worth a getting.

Isuka is very strange. If you want some Guilty Gear action just get GGX 1.5.

Slug 6 and Hokuto no Ken are apparently better on the PS2. There's always King of Fighters XI....
