i know alot of us ebay to buy parts, i strongly urge you all to stay away from "xinminstore". They sent me a defective laser, I understand that things like this happen. However, they have been giving me a run around. This is strongly annoying and I just wanted to warn members on this forum. Please, stay away from them.

I didn't know fully functional lasers had gotten cheap enough to be purchased buy consumers.

Unfortunately we ran out of sharks and lasers. All we have are ill tempered mutated sea bass. I hope this will suffice.

GaijinPunch was implying that the quality of consumer-grade lasers isn't on par with the high-end lasers scientists, for example, use since consumer-grade lasers need to be build on a mass scale and use cheaper (often times expediently failure-prone) off the shelf parts. It's like buying "fine wine" at a convenience store. ;)

The second joke was a reference to a Dr. Evil quote in an Austin Powers movie.

Ahhhhhhhhhh... now I get it! Would have been pretty funny had I realised it before this scientific breakdown and analysis of the joke. Cheers! :033:
