You may know, (particularly Uk guys) that there doing a new series of H2G2 on radio 4 in about 10 days time, and since i have a TV tuner which also does FM radio, i was planning on capturing the audio and Doing a homebrew CD of it for myself. Trouble is that the software i have for tuning the Radio which came with my card (hauppage wintv primio, the software is wintv Radio) won't let me capture the audio. Anyone know a way i can capture it at highish quality from the line-in, and that will let me record an hour long show. Oh, And i don't want to pay for it So what I'm looking for is something to capture from the Line-in port, will record for an hour, and is free - Any ideas?
oooh thanks for reminding me! I can't listen to BBC Radio 4 (it was 4 right?) here in Holland but I'm an obsessed fan of the series - if you get to record it, can you maybe send me the files? :-D
Well I'm on a Crappy slow ISDN connection so I can't really send them over the internet, But I could probably do an extra set of CD's if you want? You can listen to the shows on the internet, you can even listen to them up to a week after they were aired, but it requires the bastardised spawn of satan that is real player
