eBay morons that don't watch the goddamn news and instantly fileback at the first hint of the trouble. Buying there is okay (but not as cheap as it used to be) but fuck selling.
Do people not realize that their postal system is on strike so there's a good chance their own items will be delayed? That's just ridiculous. I never had any chargeback problems, even when Canada Post went on strike.
If you sent everything tracked (which you should, else anyone can get their money back via paypal as you do not have any means to win a chargeback) even if paypal refunded them, if you contact them to show the tracking number you provided during the case is now delivered, they will give you the money back again. I have been through the paypal system far too many times
