Okay, my PM thread went nowhere fast, so - a new contraversial thread by GP.

WTF spawned all the Rockman avatars?

 

Assembler's changing of mod titles to names of Megaman bosses... (there've been to topics about that already ;-) ), followed by someone changing his avatar to the respective boss character's image. As you can see I'm still considering that (and I'm lazy)

 

You really need to kee[p up with what happens here..

 

There was a topic on this already in the feedback forum.
Assembler gave all the mods megaman titles and then legit came up with a site that had all the megaman boos characters on it and some of us mods (hopefully all) took the corresponding avatar.

I think their actuall quite good. :-D

 

My Megaman boss looks a bit naff though... but Silverbolt's is worse! :smt082

 

Yes, Silverbolt's looks rather phallic. Perhaps befitting considering his orientation.

In my defense:
1: I've only been to the feedback forum once (ever)
2: Sorry for trying to do other things in life than follow every dramatic detail of the Assembler community. :smt042

I personally don't like the new mod avatars. The old ones gave the mods a distinct look and , well, idemtity, if you will. Now they're all faceless droids. :smt022

Speaking of avatars, PrOfUnD Darkness changed his avatar. It is repulsive. Why would anyone want a picture from what is basically the worst box art ever.

 

i know the profile says you need a certain size avatar. why did virtual alan have a big one? cahz and me have big ones too.

Hey Silverbolt you know your avatar is wrong. That is Fireman from Megaman 1. You need Heatman from Megaman 2. And yes I do feel like some kind of Star Trek nerd for having the knowledge to point that out.
