How easy is it to get a credit card from them with me being a foreigner, or atleast not in the country at the time of applying? Would my bugger all income multiplied by R$5.5 be worthy enough to get me a card? Master Card Gold Card ... Yeh Baby! I didn't really check the link you posted but I believe the English version might be better for you. You can also use your Mastercard/Visa without any problems. And if you are really in trouble, Banco do Brasil now has a deal with Western Union.
