Many of you who frequent here are probably already familiar with the Youtube channel I share with my brothers. We just started Basement Brothers this year and are working to grow the channel. http://www.youtube.com/c/basementbrothers I have decided to finally post specifically about the channel because we have made several updates lately concerning E3, Falcom, and the unreleased Neo Geo game, Sun Shine / Block Paradise. I have a series where I'm working on reviewing every Neo Geo game in order. I also do the odd Nintendo/Famicom feature. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_W1EM66_BruhDsODY4WcYolFMxqQn8ng Mr. Jakes is making a series called PC-88 Paradise where he explores the games and hardware of this Japanese PC standard. He has also found a big niche for us in Falcom games and news. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_W1EM66_BrsEBTR_3j88uozi1xP_kLYz Sturat joins us for our combined efforts and has Sega Master System, Nintendo, etc. videos coming. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL_W1EM66_BrvmGgNw_amDP-gBCd6VsPM8 Please give us a shot and hopefully a like. Follow us on Twitter at basemntbrothers and on Instagram at basementbrothers
I'm a fan of your Neo Geo videos. I keep forgetting you post here. I enjoy how you do a cross comparison between MVS/AES and Neo CD.
This time I did a documentary about our 3-player patched of Secret of Mana 2 (Seiken Densetsu 3)! With the PS4 remake of Secret of Mana (Seiken Densetsu 2) imminent, it seems like the perfect time to talk about this game on the Super Nintendo. The three of us have been playing this game together every year during the holidays for eight years now, and we still haven't finished the game!
This feels like just spam at this point (wish people would post other threads), but here's a review of The Super Spy in my series:
I made a video to fill the game for NGH-012, 013 & 015. We're taking a trip through SNK history and trying to figure out which games belong in these three unknown Neo Geo catalog numbers. What can be known, and what are the vast possibilities of undiscovered SNK Neo Geo gaming goodness that the world never saw? You're going to want to check it out if you're interested in discovering prototype arcade games.
