Hey Everyone, Is the game Battle Formula for the Famicom considered a rare cartridge? On a slightly related note, does any Japanese cartridge that use special chips like Castlevania III automatic get bulked into the rare category?

I'd say they get bulked into the "in demand/ scarce"

Rare would be (to me)crappy games no one bought, now impossible to get.

Ah. I guess that's pretty accurate. If people started dumping unwanted cartridges (Supposing they suddenly all hated the game) I guess there would be more than enough to go around.

I would say it is, but then again there are much, MUCH rarer Famicom cartridges. It's just a great game and not easy to find in complete condition, pretty much like Bio Miracle (cart) or The Empire Strikes Back.
