Does anyone know their way round BB Navigator? I'm trying to copy stuff to the HDD (photos, music, movies etc) but I'm struggling. So far I have deleted a song from the MD player and created a folder, but i can't seem to copy any stuff. It's a Sony MD player and a sony USB cable...

The PS2 detects the MD player and displays information about the songs (ATTRAC) or something like that.

If anyone can help me out that would be cool. In the meantime I'm going to try and translate some of this stuf!

Why was it not released in ENGRISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a BB unit, but unfortunately I can't get to it for the next 3 days. (exams)

Anyway, I am pretty sure there is just a コピー (copy) command. I could be wrong.

削除 = delete (just incase you hit it by mistake!)

If you want to just take a pic of the screen giving you grief I can translate it no problem.

What version of the bbnav is it?
In the latest one (0.32) the function for transferring song between hdd and minidisc has been altered it seems...
There is an unofficial guide for bbnav here:

You mean translating the menus directly on the playstation, or making a brief tutorial like the one above?

I modified the online contents in some of the game channel, but having a way to access the partitions in order to change all the contents would be better...

What is the benefit of installing games onto the drive using the official ingame option? Does it lead to faster loading only, or does it add anything else?

Yep - loading is SUPER quick. Apart from that, dunno. You may as well make use of that 40Gb for something.

The version was 0.30. I sussed it out in the end. I just tried pretty much every option and got there in the end!

    Works with 0.32 also!
